Temperatures have begun to drop, workplaces and schools are in full swing, and we've all begun to notice that the sun is setting earlier. Yesterday, September 23rd, marked the first official day of fall. The autumnal equinox is one of the two periods of the year when the sun crosses the equator and the days and nights are in equal length all over the earth.
Winter Blues Avoidance
