The Manhattan Building
431 South Dearborn Street, #702
Chicago, IL 60605
My offices and waiting room are quiet, comfortable, home-like environments in the historic Manhattan Building. The Manhattan Building is in the downtown Chicago Loop, one block west of Harold Washington Public Library (the building with the big green gargoyles), a block north of the Printer’s Row neighborhood and two blocks east of the Chicago Stock Exchange. The building sits on the northeast corner at the intersection of Congress Parkway (Rte 290) and South Dearborn Street.
CTA Travel
My office is a block away from the CTA Elevated “Library-Van Buren” stop (Orange, Pink, Purple and Brown lines) and two blocks from the “Congress-Lasalle” (Blue Line), “Jackson” (Blue Line and Red Line) or “Harrison” (Red Line) stops.
Metra Travel
The Chicago LaSalle Station, with access to all stops on the Metra Joliet commuter line is three blocks from my office. My office is four blocks away from the Metra Van Buren Station (at Michigan Avenue), which services the South Shore Metra lines.
Public Parking
Located right off Congress Parkway, my office is easily accessed by car via Lake Shore Drive, Routes 90/94, 290 and 55. Following are several parking options:
Metered and free street parking
As is the case in most of the Loop, street parking requires some patience. However, you will find the most spaces on Dearborn Street and Plymouth Court located south of Congress Parkway. Sometimes spaces open up on Dearborn north of Van Buren.
Parking Lots/Garages*
The neighborhood near the Manhattan Building offers several paid lots and garages at rates lower than in other parts of the Loop.
